オーストラリアのフランチャイズでもあり、会社の業務はメルボルンとシドニーに集中している。社員のサービス態度などはまずまずだが、コスト削減のためか、レンタカー会社では契約書などの紙の書類の提供はあまりなく、請求書や走行距離までレンタカーの人に自分の携帯電話の撮影を要求している。幸いなことに、レンタカーを借りている間、すべてが順調で、非国際的な大手企業を想像するような、ケチな目には出会わなかった。

One of the Indian staff members did not seem very friendly. When I was picking up the car, I noticed a dent on the gas cap that was not listed on the inspection sheet. I asked him to come outside with me to check it, but he insisted it was impossible and refused to go. I then found another white colleague who came with me, and the Indian staff member even gave me a dirty look.

Ended up paying a huge amount to rent a Toyota Yaris for several hours. Appear to have been overcharged and still waiting to hear back from someone at carhood to let me know what’s going on. Really put a dampener on the whole day
