車を受け取る時、スタッフは全く丁寧にチェックしてくれませんでした。私たちが車の下に潜り込んで問題をチェックするわけにはいきませんでしょう？返却時に隠れていた多くの問題が見つかり、意味もわからず多額の金額を引かれました。それに、スタッフに聞いても何も分かりませんでした。

The rental process is straightforward, both for picking up and dropping off the car. The staff is friendly. However, they didn't have the Nissan SUV I reserved and gave me a 5-seater Kia instead.

I rented a Mercedes E but received a Mercedes C. The next day, the car broke down on the highway, wasting a whole day waiting for a replacement. They replaced it with a Nissan and didn't refund the price difference. A Mercedes costs 700 per day, while a Nissan is only around 300 per day. This is truly awful.
