夜の22時にメルボルンに到着し、レンタカー会社にはほとんど誰も並んでいなかったので、スムーズに車を受け取れました。オンラインで予約したのはトヨタのRAV4でしたが、店舗で受け取ったのはキアでした。全体的な操作性が大幅に劣っており、最初に受け取った車は後ろのタイヤの空気圧が足りなかったので、釘が刺さっているのではないかと疑いました。別のキアに交換しましたが、少し時間がかかりました。

They asked us to buy additional insurance and a full tank of fuel, but didn't clearly explain when we were signing and paying. We only found out from the credit card bill after returning home. Very frustrating.
