It would have been helpful if the counter staff in sydney had told us about where to drop the car in Brisbane. We found the drop off point off airport quite by chance, which saved us driving to the airport unnecessarily.

Told prior to booking 2 large suitcase of about 80cm fits. It doesnt fit well unless you take the trunk cover off. Sharing as fyi in case you rent this and habe 2 large suitcases with you. Luckily one of our suitcase is 78cm one is 82cm so we placed wider one first then the smaller last. Had to wiggle few times for the trunk to close. Had to drive it with several bird poo on its moon roof, first stop seen myself wiping it off. Thought the crew handing me the car could’ve done a quick one min to wipe off. I didn’t mind doing it but scored rightfully as received so hope they add the consideration for the next customers if they want a 5star clean score. Ultimately all the staff we dealth with was very friendly and supportive so thanks again heaps ! We will rent again and hope its a 5star clean next. Cheers

your navman desperately needs an upgrade. if i did not had previous knowledge of where i was and where i was going i would have been terribly confused . otherwise the car itself[it was a honda] was great,the mpg was excellent.if you upgrade the navman i would definately use your company again

Helpfulness of staff, and easy location near airports, means we will defiantly use July again, on our next trip! Also, not all other hire companies offered different pick up/drop off locations! Only minor niggle, although the inside/outside of the car was clean, the inside of the windscreen was dirty, which only became apparent as night fell!

poor condition of the car and provide the different car show in picture(Hyudai Kona was show in picture )。Different level of the car The car was old (Mitsubitsu ASX )and it use a lot of gas。Car power poor。although we are late to return car,but the staff do not remind us the closing time of the drop-off location ,we drive to there, was closed, the hotline is busy, finally we need drive to city drop-off location to return the car,Yes,I know it is my false, but if the staff remind us the closing time, we can save more time.

It was very hard to get to them. Being a visitor, it is not easy to land in a foreign country and being expected to call the car rental to get them to come pick you up. This process needs to be thought through.

The office installations where very poorly looking, walls peeling off, etc. The staff wasn't very friendly and the person who process my documents took pictures of my credit card front and back, which I found very doggy as the security code is on it, when asking, he said it was for their own security, which I completely disagree, but he didn't give me other option.

Amazing staff I was extremely anxious because my flight was delayed and wasn’t going to be able to get to the pick up office by 8.30pm I I was really was upset as I had no way of getting to hotel which was quite a distance away and then to try and get the car the following day The young lady was very sweet and understanding and offered to wait I arrived at 8.40 to collect car and was so relieved that she did this for me Just truly wonderful The young man when I dropped the car off was lovely as well I will definitely use Simba car hire again Very prompt refund of deposit too

I was travelling from India with 2 old age people and 1 infant and I booked car to pick up from Sydney airport and drop off at Canberra. Actually I have booking through qeeq website and when I booked at that time I don't have any physical card or neither anything mentioned about it on website. So when I went to Sydney airport to collect the car the staff member told me he need physical bank card according to their policy . I explained my whole scenario but he didn't convinced. One of my friend with me who having licence and bank card with him but still the staff member has denied to tranfer that booking on his name. He told me to rebooking again which is cost me additional huge amounts. So finally I have to called my friend to get my bank card from Canberra and delivered to sydney airport. When my friend came with the card they don't have any car available and they arranged from domestic airport after wasting another 1 hour. So totally I have wasted a lot of time and money. I don't understand that if I have my licence with me, then what is the meaning of physical card and I told them i will pay through tap on by using the same account. And If physical card is that much important then why they allow to book through website? In some case I think they should also have to understand. They can transfer the car on my friends name but for some extra money they didn't. I will never use this services again.

Car smelled of cigarette. I was told that there was airport transfer to the car park, but there wasn't, so I had to pay 2x Uber of about $30 each out of my own pocket. I paid $800 bond deposit that should have been refunded within two weeks of car return, it is now over three weeks and I'm still waiting, with no help from QEEQ and no response from the car supplier.

The car was very dirty, lots of scratches marks and bumps, there was a large hose bucket and wash gear in the boot of the car, it was well passed at service state and the fuel consumption probably because of this was very bad, We were misinformed as it said the pick up and drop off was at the airport when in actual fact being there was no courtesy bus we had to get a taxi and an Uber with a total cost of $75 all in all we may as well put that money together with the cost you charged and gone with a decent reputable company and picked it up at the airport

Like: The cars were perfect and immaculate.
Dislike: That there were hidden costs. We rented 2 cars and on the site stated no other costs. Upon pickup we had to pay bonds of $200 each plus insurance which costs over $500NZD. They don't take cash either. Wish we knew prior so we could leave cash in accounts rather than having cashed out all our spending then having to call home to transfer etc... delayed process and not good start to trip. ALL costs including bond etc.. should be mentioned.

We asked the staff what time they close the office as we might drop off the car when we get back from our trip within the day we rent the car. They told us that they will close at 9 pm, so we tried to get to the office before 9 pm. But when we arrive there around 8.30 pm, they already close the office no one is there. We try to contract them but no one pick up the phone, so we tried to called the main office and I already told them that there is no one in the office but they keep us waiting and call to the office that there is no one. The staff I talk to said we can just leave the car there, but how are we going to get back to the hotel. The staff inform us that we did not tell them that we will drop off the car today so they going home early, but the staff should let me know as well about the closing, that they might closing early if it’s not busy, they only say they close at 9 pm. However, someone from Right2drive came to us and offer us a ride to our hotel, we really thankful to them as it’s really dark to walk from the office to get to the bus stop and if we have to go back to our hotel by bus it will take us to wait for the bus 20min and the bus will 40 min to get to our hotel. In conclusion I’m very disappointed in renting the car with Tripz.

After a 24 hr flight (arriving from France) it was difficult & confusing trying to telephone Aerodrive for a shuttle only to be told to take a taxi, pay the taxi by credit card and then be reimbursed. Yes, I was able to do all that because my first language is English, but even for me after a long tiring flight it wasn’t easy. Then the taxi couldn’t find the address 338 King st on his GPS!!! I was later told it was because Aerodrive hadn’t paid the bill to the shuttle operator that there were no shuttles. Really?!? I feel that there should be shuttles in place without having to telephone for a shuttle to arrive and also not have to then get a taxi. However, finally after arriving at Aerodrive the staff were very friendly & helpful and the car excellent.

They shouldn’t be used We had to wait long hours until they came Phone number that was provided was switched off and when on it’s busy Finally they came to pick us with small car and advised us that they will take us to their office to pick up the car I told that’s why I have booked 7 seater Which I had to go with 25 mins drive time to take the car which they were very slow And they was trying to wash the car while I paper work finished to pick up the car Same thing on drop off I told them they said They will send two person but Their boss was not answering the call I had the driver number and he was saying he is busy he can not come to the airport We waited long hours We was about to miss our flights which they refused to check us in after several discussions and request they checked us in But we was running to the gate with you he children also they have not refunded our bond for over $500
