The car was good but I wanted to change the name and the address of the invoice and Enterprise didn‘t want to help me with that.

A big sales pitch at the counter. Already provided info during booking needed to be filled in again. Was walked to the car but no explanation of the cars particulars.

Easy to use and found better prices in a glance

My comment is not directed at Alamo, I think that the car drop off point should be better sign posted at Munich airport, particularly just before you turn left off the road into the building.

The car boot came with this metal bar that is as long as the width of the car. We had lots of luggage hence needed the space. In the end we had to put the metal bar in an awkward position. We wanted to leave with the rental site, they said we need to pay deposit if EUR500.. it’s strange and very weird.

when we got to the Alamo desk, she told us that there are no car for 7 people she offered to give us a car for 9 but we didn't need a car this big but we had to take it, and we paid 250€ deposit, they didn't give us the deposit back till now. Also when we went to give the car back we went to the address they gave us, we waited almost for half an hour and then they called us and informed us we should be in another place , we went there , we gave back the car , they checked it outisde and inside and they said everything is fine. next day I notice they took 1250€ from my credit card and when we calles them they calimed that we had a car accident with the car although we did not and they checked it. and till now I still didn't get my 250€ back from them.
