Bryce Canyon showcases the stunning geology of southern Utah, a red-rock wonderland created by wind, water, and snow.
Among the nation’s most beloved (and photographed) parks, Bryce is a major draw for hiking, challenging rock climbing, and winter cross-country skiing trails. At here, erosion has shaped colorful Claron limestones, sandstones, and mudstones into thousands of spires, fins, pinnacles, and mazes.
Tips: The park receives close to 1.75 million visitors annually. Visitation peaks from June through September and is at its lowest in December, January and February.
🚗Bryce Canyon National Park is 50 miles west of Escalante, 80 miles east of Cedar City, 83 miles northeast of Zion National Park.
