Service attitude is okay, but they keep pushing various products

1. As soon as I said I didn't need their insurance, their attitude became very impatient; the difference in attitude was too big. 2. I started the pick-up process at 8:45 but didn't get the car until 9:30, though my reservation was for 9:00. 3. Although I prepaid, the reserved car model was not available. Initially, they said it was being washed, but after half an hour, they said there was no car available and could only upgrade us to an oversized SUV (a model not found in China), which was very difficult to drive. However, the manager who upgraded us was Chinese and had a decent attitude.
