Both pickup and return were very fast and extremely convenient! This is my favorite company. Since we speak Italian, the process was even quicker.

Extremely inefficient. It took over an hour from queuing to get the car, and the car given had not undergone a safety check. The rearview mirror was broken, but they still tried to hand over the car to me. After complaining, I waited another 1.5 hours to get a new car. The replacement car was severely damaged all around the body, and the gas tank was only 80% full. I have been renting cars in Europe for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation. It is truly disappointing!

They gave me a car with cracked rims and refused to change it, forcing additional charges.

It was not the car that was booked via Easyrental. Although, it served our purpose.
