Couldn't fully understand English. After washing the car and returning it to the store, the money I paid for the car wash was deducted from the rental fee. The rental company said that the car doesn't need to be washed before returning.

Enterprise is a small company, and the branch near the Frankfurt East Train Station is really tiny... They only had one car available, so there was no choice. After negotiating, they gave us a free ride to the airport where we could choose from four cars. Returning the car was also hassle-free. In summary: Enterprise offers enthusiastic service and competitive prices, but they have a limited number of cars (didn't see the numerous Mercedes and BMWs as some mentioned). You need to be lucky.

The car I booked was unavailable, and they tried to sell me a huge, 3-seater Transporter vehicle used for moving goods/homes. Completely unsuitable for a 1000km family trip. After 2 hours, we got a different car.
