車を返すのは便利です。めちゃくちゃな保険やサービスを売り込むことはない。僕の注文した車種は店になかったし、二、三〇〇キロのほとんど新しいマツダ・cxsを運転したのを変えてもいい。ドイツの車屋の嬢はとても友好的で、一部の家庭の住所電話などの情報はネットで埋めておくべきで、現場は私に更に埋めて更に時間を浪費することを尋ねます。

The staff at Enterprise in Germany were very friendly but not very efficient, the queue was too long. The car I rented had several damages which seemed unrecorded in their system. Fortunately, I spotted them and had the staff note them down on the documents.

The Turkish staff member's attitude was a bit off-putting, but everything else was satisfactory. I booked a Golf and got a free upgrade to a brand new Audi A3 with navigation. Extremely happy with that. Oh, the free GPS didn't have a signal. I was going to give full marks but deducted one point for this.
