Overall, my experience with this rental company was good. The staff was enthusiastic. We had to switch cars in Salt Lake City because the vehicle's screen kept showing maintenance warnings. We went to the Salt Lake City airport, and the staff quickly decided to switch cars for us, resolving our worries. Of course, the company is a bit smaller compared to others, so the variety and mileage of cars are somewhat lacking. Nevertheless, I would still consider Dollar for future rentals.

The truck was brilliant. The staff were helpful and as I was very nervous about renting abroad for the first time they really helped me feel at ease. It wasn't the driving but the pick up and drop off that worried me and the staff made that really easy

I was worried about booking online with a third paty but it was very easy ad I would use the company again, it really helped to find the right vehicle at the right price
