Waited for 30 minutes. The car had damages and they deducted charges on the spot.

Excellent value for money, very affordable prices for renting a good car. The staff were polite.

Arrived at the airport car rental location at 19:10, and it took about 2 hours to get the car. I initially wanted to rent a 9-seater car but was first given a 2-seater car, later it was changed to a 9-seater. My reservation required an automatic car, but the rental location only had manual cars. Due to the long wait, I had to accept a manual one.

There was only one counter at the store, making the wait time for pickup too long!
