Very poor experience. Rented a car for someone else, but upon arrival, they were informed that the chosen model was unavailable and suggested an alternative. Despite knowing the renter had poor English, they intentionally did not clarify the costs. Various additional charges were applied for upgrades and lower insurance coverage, making the total upgrade costs higher than the rental fee. All these were not clearly explained to the renter! It took almost a month to resolve this with such a terrible rental company. Be cautious! Similar issues with unjustified charges occurred with an order in Germany despite having insurance purchased in advance from home, only to be charged for reduced coverage at the store. Terrible.

Everything else was great, just wondering when I will get my deposit back ??

Pas de soucis particulier. Il ont essayé (sans insister) de nous vendre une assurance complémentaire en nous disant que celle proposée par easyrentcar était une assurance française qui ne couvrait pas tous.

Très bien surtout pour tous les conseils précieux donnés pour la location(avant, pendant et après)

Over 3 hours to pick up the car. Vehicle was not available gave us a luxury saloon car instead, but in Catania was useless and dangerous to drive. Another half an hour to switch to another car

All the information given was correct

The interior carpets and body trim were dirty where people had been getting in and out
