Charging a full day's rate for picking up the car one hour early is unreasonable and wasn't communicated.

They gave me Nissan Altima. Car was in great condition, clean and with little mileage. Very big trunk. Can fit 2 big+2 small luggages.

Had no problems with the booking on the website.

Drop of was a nightmare. I was not able to find the point. Therefore I missed the evening. However the agent said that she were there in the office. We confused about where to part, an we not even checked the office as we though it is close. It was not, but we did not reach the office because we did not find the drop off parking lot.

Budget representative professionalism, time in line to rent, and pricing exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars.
