When we arrived at Madrid train station, they said there were no cars available. The car wasn't even cleaned, and the tank was empty. As a result, this car hadn't undergone safety checks, which led to a tire blowout on the road, putting everyone's safety at risk. We spent most of the day fixing the tire, ruining our plans and costing us several hundred for international calls.

I have to wait more than ten minutes because was Easter time and was busy, nevertheless the staff was very helpful and attended.
