We had to wait in line for an hour, and everyone was very frustrated. The staff said they were short-handed, and after finishing the paperwork, we had to wait another 20 minutes because the car hadn't been washed. The previous customer had the same issue, waiting on-site for the car to be cleaned. They did a quick rinse just for appearances; there were debris in all the crevices, and the interior wasn't properly cleaned. We ended up spraying disinfectant ourselves.

The car was very new, and when they heard we had four people, they proactively upgraded us to a much larger vehicle. Very considerate.

The staff at the airport is very friendly and knowledgeable. On the return journey i arrived late after being stuck on the road behind caravans, i had to drop the key in a rather unorthodox fashion, and the staff was all to happy to help You cannot beat the value of a smile when arriving into a new place.

Did exactly what it read in the label. Liked the straight honest extra for a wider insurance policy.
