最初レンタカー会社は私にディーゼルのゴルフを提供し、800ユーロのデポジットに加えて130ユーロ以上を追加で請求し、ディーゼル料金の通知はありませんでした。車を受け取った後、座席の高さが低く、T-ROCのような高い座席ではないことに気づきました。そこで、T-ROCに交換を強く要求しました。車を交換し契約を変更しましたが、料金は全く変わりませんでした。当時は気にしませんでしたが、後でGoogle翻訳でドイツ語の契約書を翻訳して確認したところ、ディーゼル料金がナビゲーションシステムの料金に変更されていることが分かりました。使っている間、QEEQのウェブサイトでディーゼルの追加料金についての情報を見つけました。返却の最終日にカウンターの担当者と話し合い、ナビゲーションシステムの130ユーロ以上の料金を削除してもらい、その後2日後に130ユーロ以上の追加料金と800ユーロのデポジットが解除されました。

1. Europecar has hidden charges for navigation and high taxes. The car rental company didn't provide any introduction and directly asked to sign the contract. Europe car has hidden charges amounting to 194.4 euros. Because I emphasized that I didn't need additional insurance, they made me sign and included the navigation system, which I didn't need at all. Since the contract was entirely in German, I wasn't aware of their hidden operations. I booked through Zuzuche, without any additional services, and Zuzuche should bear these extra costs. But Zuzuche hasn't resolved the issue. I will continue to file a complaint with 12315 and expose Zuzuche's shirking of responsibility online. 2. Booked an automatic car, but received a manual Jeep.
