Probably because the price was lower, there were a lot of people picking up cars that day. It took about 40 minutes to complete the paperwork, and then another half hour to actually get the car. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I won't choose this company again.

Car could be with a full tank, to easy refturn after! Mex deosnt accept additional insurance from broker, so we needed to buy it at MEX office again!
