The pickup process was good, but when returning the car, there was a scratch on the vehicle. The woman at the company store was quite dramatic and did not speak Chinese, so we had to communicate in English. They insisted on charging me, claiming to have given me a 50% discount, and I ended up paying 4280 THB. Back home, a similar paint job at a dealership would cost no more than 500.

I rented the car with National before and it was in bad condition, setting with old condition film in the front glass; however, i tried for second time last week and I am surprise with car condition. New, clean, good condition and most of all I am happy.
