The inspection process was thorough, with the staff pointing out small scratches I hadn't noticed and suggesting to take photos for record. Great service! Car is good, new, slightly less clean than the exact same car in Bangkok. The agent at the drop off was rude though. Counter is in the international terminal so if arriving domestically you need to exit, walk across the parking, and go to international terminal.

The car is what we expected. Pick-up and drop off are smooth and fast. Checking the vehicle together with the staff. They will tell you where are the previous dent or scratch mark and you took photos first. They spoke Chinese very well.
