The GPS was completely useless, and they didn't offer a refund.

The overall service was fine. The only issue was the upselling, where they tried to get you to upgrade to a larger car. This would increase costs, but you can decline.

The car rental company's staff were very nice.

Service was warm and thorough, considerate of customers. Our 15-day trip across the three Hawaiian islands would have been impossible without the rental car. The car rental played a crucial role in enabling a perfect trip.

Big company, excellent in all aspects

Overall satisfied, but I reserved a Ford Focus and was told it wasn't available, so I was given a Nissan of the same class instead. Driving a Japanese car in the USA was a bit disappointing. However, the overall service attitude was very good.

I booked a child safety seat, but the store's system couldn't find my reservation.

There is a Budget counter at the airport, and the pickup is in the parking lot on the fourth floor, very convenient.

Terrible service. They didn't inform us that smoking was prohibited inside the car, leading to a hefty fee of over $200 when returning the car due to violation of the rule. Additionally, the instructions were unclear. They also charged extra fees forcefully upon pickup.

When I arrived, there weren't many people, so there was no line. However, I couldn't find the shuttle bus and had to walk after asking someone for directions. They told me my reserved car wasn't available and tried to upsell me another model, which cost more.

Very poor service, no one paid any attention to me. When returning the car, they overcharged me and couldn't explain it clearly. I returned the car one hour late and was charged a lot more money without any reason.

Picking up the car was very convenient; it was just across the street. The service was very enthusiastic.

Our order included an additional driver, but the staff told us their system did not show it and that we had to pay extra. They said they checked multiple times and confirmed it was not there, so we ended up paying an additional 300 RMB. Moreover, the counter staff kept insisting that our car was insufficient and pushed us to upgrade to a better model, which we adamantly refused. In reality, the car we rented was completely adequate. We are very dissatisfied with the counter staff, as they had no intention of solving the problem. We will never rent from Budget again; their service is as cheap as their name suggests!
