Like: the car match to my request. Dislike: the staff on collection side never marked down the painting defect, luckily i took the picture and proved to drop off point shown that the defect already there when i collected the car.
The car is good except the wheel's tyres and alignment not in good condition, driving became more tired and worry about the slippery when driving in wet weather during my trip.
Counter after the departure hall not open even at 7am. (Other counters are mostly open). Need to walk more than 500 - 800 meter to another pick up counter. Inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.
Like: One of the cheapest i’ve been able to find. With it being very easy to use and the whole process from booking to paying to collecting and dropping off was pretty seamless.
Like: Efficient and friendly staff, great vehicle Dislike: No parking spaces available during early morning (5:50am) drop off. No real problem - had to double park outside Europcar rental office
Getting the paperwork done was very quick and straightforward. Car delivery to the pick up point took 10-15 minutes longer - but the counter staff kept me appraised of what was going on.

The ground staff was very friendly and helpful.
I was upgraded to a bigger vehicle, as the one rented was not available.
The car unfortunately was not in the condition I expected it to be in:
- I was told it would be perfectly fine
- It was scratched and bumped
- It was dirty outside and inside (full of sand and dust)
- We found it with the backseats were reclined
- Two of the head-rests for the backseats were missing
- It seems the car had not been checked and cleaned after the previous rental
The Europcar customer service was unfortunately neither very responsive nor helpful.
The first time I was alone, it was quick. The second time, there were no cars available and I waited for half an hour. By the time my turn came, there were two people ahead of me, and I waited another 20 minutes. It felt somewhat inefficient, but overall acceptable since language barriers need time.
Like: The car was in good condition and the collection process was smooth and fast, albeit the initial confusion on the type of car booked. Dislike: The car was returned at 3.30am and there was no one manning the return counter. All there was was a self key drop with no proper instructions as to how it should be done. Perhaps a clearer instruction should be posted for ease of return during odd hours
The car was very expensive. Taking a longer period (2 weeks) we thought we would get a better deal.
The insurance they tried to sell us at pick up was also grossely overpriced.
