Manager at Hertz tried to fix a huge mixup that happened with my reservation,I ended up having to rent a van even though my reservation said I was going to get the 12 passenger transit..was there for a little over two hours trying to get things figured out but Dwight was able to make it work

Margarita at the Hertz counter was lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Got me a lovely car as this was my second time during my trip getting a car from this location. No pushy sales either. Very easy to walk across to from the Terminal.

I had a very smooth and easy booking process at a great price. I had a few queries and it was very easy to speak to a live person during online chat. I will definitely be using QeeQ again if prices remain competitive.

The process for picking up and dropping off the car is straightforward, but they will try to upsell insurance and additional services.

Overall, it was quite good. I initially had some trouble finding the pick-up location but later realized it was actually quite obvious. The car pick-up process went smoothly. They did try to sell me some extras, but when I declined, they didn't push further, although they didn't look too happy about it. I had booked a Ford Focus but received a Kia that looked like a mini Cooper instead. I didn't mind as long as it worked. Returning the car was very smooth; the staff in charge of the return were very nice and made it a pleasant experience, making me feel like I would definitely come back next time.
