Helpful staff on pickup and drop off. Easily solved issues regarding refuelling.
No info anywhere (no sticker on fuel cap, no manual, nothing online etc) about what fuel the car took which was quite stressful. Solved with the help of staff, but should have been more straightforward.
Like: FRIENDLYNESS Dislike: My reservation is from 10:30 to 10:30, but I didn't get the car till 11:15 because the car we reserve wasn't ready, they upgraded to a similar SUV but didn't like, so wait for the car which was okay with us, but when we returned the car around 11 pm, the parking lot attendant still there, and told us that the person who take care of the return car paperwork still there just step out the office, so we wait a little, didn't return. So the attendant showed us how & where to drop key & paperwork which we did. Then later on found out they charged us 1 extra day, so have to contact them and they reversed the charges. Also would be nice if they email us the invoice after instead I had to call and requested.
