It was okay, but they didn't inform us that the pick-up office was closed, which is not very considerate.

Hertz took an unexplained payment of £59:86 from my credit card despite the fact that I returned the car with a full tank of fuel and in perfect condition. I already had excess insurance cover and so declined this when I picked up the car.

QEEQ did not advise me that I would be charged an additional amount by Hertz so the very competitive price they offered would appear to be a con.

The actual car rented was a Fiat 500x 4WD SUV. The car was very new, automatic diesel, with just over 3000 kilometers on it. Very nice experience.

Drop off could have been better. Made me move between two offices in the rain and both did not want to do the final check of the car.

The rental company did not thoroughly inspect the car beforehand. Later, issues with the engine were found, but it was still drivable. Due to my lack of experience, I didn't communicate promptly. The company kept deducting repair fees, and there was no resolution after communicating.

The service quality in car rental agencies in France depends purely on luck. It all depends on the employee you encounter.

Remember to actively decline the insurance.

An additional 260 euros was charged during pickup, and the car model was changed

Due to the pandemic, we were given a hard time by other rental companies in Paris, but Hertz was very friendly and rented a car to us. To show my gratitude, I upgraded the vehicle. However, due to changes in our return schedule, we needed to switch to a different drop-off location and exchange the car earlier. Firstly, contacting their customer service by phone was very difficult. Secondly, there were errors in the final bill. Nevertheless, after communicating with QEEQ customer service, the extra charges were refunded.

Satisfied, the car is relatively new with manual transmission and runs on gasoline, just over 20,000 kilometers. Initially hoped for a diesel car, but considering the cheaper gasoline in Switzerland, it turned out to be a positive. During pickup, they kindly asked if I could handle a manual transmission.

Staff at pick-up and return is very helpful. But beware not to pick up between 12.00-14.00. It's their lunch time no one open the door for us. Or maybe it's not a big city so no one operate during lunch time

Booking platform is good but recommend to show why we cannot book on Sunday. This is not first time I travel by rent a car but it's first time I found that they not open on Sunday. So thinking about who rent on Sunday!

The service was very satisfactory.

Our own car was in the garage and we ditn't know when is was finished. We had to go to our holiday adress 200 km futher. We asked if it was possible to call the bext day to hire the car 1 day longer if necessary. This was unfortanately not possible. We only cpuld hire the car at that moment for 1 day extra.
