What is the cancellation policy?
Most of our deals offer free cancellation, allowing you to receive a full refund if you cancel before the pick-up time.
However, some suppliers have different policies: free cancellation is only available up to a certain number of hours before pick-up.
If you cancel less than that time in advance, you may receive a partial refund or no refund at all. If you cancel after your rental period has started, no refund will be issued.
Some car rental companies may have their own specific cancellation policies, which you can find in the terms and conditions of your booking.

You must bring your driving license when picking up your rental car. Most car hire companies require drivers to have held a full license for at least one or two years. Specific requirements can be found on the booking page. Please note that provisional licenses are not accepted.
If you're renting a car abroad, some countries require an International Driving Permit in addition to your regular license.

An "excess" (also known as a deductible in some regions) is the amount of money you are required to pay out of pocket toward a claim before your insurance coverage kicks in. For example, if your car hire insurance policy has an excess of $500, and the repair costs $2,000, you would pay the first $500, and the insurance would cover the remaining $1,500. If the repair cost is less than the excess, you would pay the entire amount.
The purpose of an excess is to share some of the risk between you and the insurance company, and it typically helps lower the cost of your insurance premiums..

Each car rental company has its own age requirements, but most will rent to drivers between 21 and 80 years old. If you're between 21 and 25, you may need to pay a young driver fee, typically ranging from $20 to $40 per day.

Yes NoWhat do I need to bring when collecting the car?
When you pick up your car, you’ll need to have the following:
1.Driver's License: Generally, you must have held your license for at least 1 year (sometimes 2 years) with no major endorsements. Any additional drivers must also present their full driver's license. If your license is not in English (e.g., Arabic, Greek, Russian, or Chinese), you’ll need to bring an International Driving Permit along with your original license. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the time of booking for more details.
2. Credit Card: You must present a valid credit card in the name of the main driver with sufficient funds to pre-authorize or charge the deposit.
3. Forms of ID: A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID) is required, along with any other identification requested by the car rental company.
4. Printed Voucher: A printed copy of your voucher must be presented when you pick up your car. Failure to do so may result in an additional charge.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Payment for additional drivers and extra equipment will be made when you pick up the car, so consider these costs when planning for your credit card usage. If you fail to present a valid credit card, if there are insufficient funds on the card, or if the card is not in the main driver’s name, the rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In such cases, any funds paid will not be reimbursed.

You can book your car with us using most credit cards and some debit cards. The accepted payment methods will be detailed during the booking process.
We strongly recommend using a credit card in the name of the lead driver for payment. If someone other than the lead driver makes the payment, additional documentation may be required during the booking review for security reasons. However, you are not required to use the same card for booking your rental car online and paying the deposit at the rental counter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you pick up your car, you must present a valid credit card in the name of the lead driver at the rental desk to pre-authorize or charge the deposit. The credit card(s) must be embossed, and a PIN may be required. If you fail to present a valid credit card, there are insufficient funds on the card, or the card is not in the lead driver's name, the rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In such cases, any funds paid will not be reimbursed.

Yes NoWill I need to leave a deposit when I pick up my car?
Yes, in most cases, you'll be required to leave a deposit when picking up your car. This deposit is to cover any potential damage or theft during your rental. The amount will be temporarily blocked on or taken from the main driver’s credit card and held for the duration of the rental. If the car is returned without any damage, the pre-authorization will be released within 30-45 days. Some rental companies may waive the pre-authorization if you purchase full coverage at the counter.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the main driver’s credit card does not have sufficient available funds for the deposit, you may not be allowed to rent the car. The counter staff may also require you to purchase additional coverage.

You can determine whether you can take a rental car into another country during the booking process. On the booking page, there's an option labeled "Traveling across to other countries?" Simply select the countries you wish to visit and you will see the cross-border policies. If you already have a booking, please contact customer to confirm cross-border policy.

Yes, you can arrange to pick up your car at one location and return it to another. However, you will incur a 'one-way fee' for this service. We will clearly indicate whether the one-way fee is included in the rental price or if there are any additional costs at the time of booking.
Once you have picked up your car, please contact the car rental company directly if you wish to drop it off at a different location. You can find their phone number on the rental agreement you received when you picked up the car.

The vehicles shown online are examples of what customers might receive, but we cannot guarantee the exact make, model, or specific features like the car's color. However, we can guarantee the vehicle category, seating capacity, transmission type, and boot space. The specific model you receive will depend on the availability in the rental supplier's fleet at the time of pick-up.
If you prefer a specific model, you can filter for "guaranteed model" to ensure you get that exact car at pick-up.
