An Avis shuttle bus will take customers to the Avis facility, which is less than a mile away and the ride takes less than 5 minutes. Shuttle bus service is available during office hours.

The over the counter staff was extremely kind and helpful, walked through all processes with me in such a timely manner. The guys were the best at the counter.

The website advertised them to be open until 11:30pm, but when I called in advance to confirm, the man said they now close at 9pm, which was going to be a big problem for me. I got through to the employee on duty, and he said he would wait for me, which he did (until around 10:30), and this is why I graded him as excellent. THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE OFFICE HOURS AT THE WEBSITE OR KEEP THE OFFICE OPEN AS ADVERTISED.
