During my time using the car in Bali, it broke down and wouldn't start. After calling the car rental company, they said the location was too far, and I had to fix it myself. After finding a repair shop and fixing it, the company wouldn't reimburse the repair costs. Their service concept is simply absurd. During pickup, it was agreed that the car would be returned at the Hilton Hotel near the airport. When the appointed time came, they didn't come to pick up the car, and the next day they claimed they never agreed to the pickup at the hotel. At that time, I was wary of their dishonest practices, so I asked to have the hotel pickup time and address written into the contract. The staff brazenly lied, which was disgusting.
The company claimed they didn't see my order and only found it after I called! They suddenly realized the order just came in! Please explain this clearly.
Booked car is Toyota Innova or similar. Received car is Wulian Cortex. The size matches with the description however the quality does not. Details regarding pick-up location is vague and thus double checking over telephone call was necessary to pick the car.
