There was quite a queue on check-in as there was only one member of staff manning the desk but staff were friendly and car was as described. No issues returning the car, holds released from my card within a week.

Pickup was fairly quick and straightforward, no upselling of insurance. However, there was only one child seat available in the store.

Insurance to expensive. Never agan come back to budget for price like this. Car rent 103 € Insurance 89 € !!!!!! And I still not have my deposit back !!! I payd super cover insurance 30 €/day and budget any way took deposit 500€. And now its nearly week and it's still not payed back !!!

I rented an automatic car, but they gave me a broken manual Nissan! Same price, no refund!

The car was good enough for our short trip to Paris. Pick-up and drop-off times were okay, although they could be bit faster. We didn't have any problem during the rental period.
