There was no one at the desk when I arrived the la Paz airport. So I had to call the europcar. Someone showed up ASAP but she didn’t speak much English and didn’t give me enough information about walking Sunday event that you can’t drive main streets everywhere in La Paz. I had to use the back streets but the car was full of dust from driving dusty roads. The euro staff tells me to clean the car when you return but if the situation like that, it wasn’t my fault. Also it used to be unlimited mileage but they limited mileage these days. They charge a lot for poor service.

The ordered car full-size for 11 persons was not aviable, The ofered car without prior message was the track for 4 persons. We where 6 persons so we have had to wait pprox 8 hours for an other car at the aeroport. The staff tried to do something but had not any reserve cars so without success. The cross bording procedure is in Bolivia unbeliveble complicated. The representant of the staff has to guidet us to the border.

I waited a long time for the staff to arrive, and communication in English was difficult. They also charged an extra $19 fee when returning the car, which is unreasonable.
