The service attitude is very good, but the store's address wasn't clearly stated. It's actually inside the airport. The description mentioned someone holding a sign for pickup, but in reality, the name is displayed on a sign at the counter. It can be easily overlooked, so the instructions are not clear enough.

The location is quite easy to find, right inside the Radisson Hotel lobby where there's an office. The young man was friendly and attentive, and after arranging to return the car at the airport later, he personally arrived early to meet us at the airport on the return day. The pick-up and drop-off procedures were simple, especially at the airport, which was super convenient. The AVIS counter at Brunei International Airport is just inside the arrival hall's circular car rental area, directly facing one-quarter of the entrance. Exit straight towards PARK1.

The overall experience of renting and returning the car was good. However, one star is deducted because the car's audio system was really terrible, causing a lot of vibration and noise when turned on.
