5.7Worse experience ever ; agency closed and false damage at checkout. Horrible

The worst experience I ever had with a car rental agency ! The agency indicated was closed and I have to search another one in the city. At checkout they charge me 1200Qtz for a damage I Don't do ! It was pure scam. I will never use Hertz Guatemala again.

7Overall great value for your buck

The person at the ounter swore he couldnt rent the car out to us even though we had insurance through the credit card we used to book. He said i had to buy the insurance at the counter, at 20 dollars a dayhe said even the insurance in the website wouldnt work..after further discussion he finally gave up on pushing his own insutance on us. And gave us the insurance waiver form
