Hertz, as expected from a big brand, provided excellent service. The error in the pickup location was due to QEEQ. Hertz tried their best to coordinate and help change the return location, while QEEQ customer service was unhelpful.

This was my first time renting a car, and it didn't go smoothly at all. I booked a Mercedes convertible for my trip to Hong Kong, but ended up with a BMW 5 Series instead. This really upset me and ruined my mood for the trip. I hope to successfully rent the car I want next time.
