I spent an entire day in Jakarta, going from North to South to Central, but couldn't pick up the car. Why was there no car at the airport as promised? Are you testing us with a game of finding the car in Jakarta?

Pick-up and drop-off were very simple, staff handed over the car ahead of time, very considerate service

Booked car is Toyota Innova or similar. Received car is Wulian Cortex. The size matches with the description however the quality does not. Details regarding pick-up location is vague and thus double checking over telephone call was necessary to pick the car.

During my time using the car in Bali, it broke down and wouldn't start. After calling the car rental company, they said the location was too far, and I had to fix it myself. After finding a repair shop and fixing it, the company wouldn't reimburse the repair costs. Their service concept is simply absurd. During pickup, it was agreed that the car would be returned at the Hilton Hotel near the airport. When the appointed time came, they didn't come to pick up the car, and the next day they claimed they never agreed to the pickup at the hotel. At that time, I was wary of their dishonest practices, so I asked to have the hotel pickup time and address written into the contract. The staff brazenly lied, which was disgusting.

The car was okay but cleanliness was not. The car ceiling is dirty. It was less than 24 hrs receive the information as trac (service provider) no longer has airport counter

The company claimed they didn't see my order and only found it after I called! They suddenly realized the order just came in! Please explain this clearly.

Couldn't get the car at all, QEEQ didn't help, and finally had the hotel pick us up. Terrible rental company.

There's no dedicated counter at the airport! You have to go to the service desk and make an announcement to call someone! The car wasn't in a full tank when handed over, so you have to refuel after picking up, which affects your schedule. They don't refund money if you return the car with more fuel, which is very different from experiences in other countries!

Pickup at the airport was very enthusiastic; the car broke down in Bali, and the rental company sent someone to fix it; allowed us to change the drop-off location and picked up the car from the new location.

Staff were waiting at the airport information desk but did not provide GPS.

When I arrived at the airport, I really didn't know where the AVIS counter was, so I asked around. Eventually, someone told me it was at the tourist information center. After going there, someone helped me contact the AVIS staff. After a while, a person in an AVIS uniform came over holding a sign with my name on it. It turns out the staff were waiting for us at the arrival area, but we didn't notice and were searching around cluelessly.

The service is relatively satisfactory, but not the vehicle. The tire treads are almost worn out, and the vehicle is old.
