1. The store address is not clearly marked. The rental car office is shown as being at Wattay Airport, but it's not actually within the airport. 2. Cars cannot be picked up after 18:00, which is inconvenient. 3. The staff was 40 minutes late to start work. 4. The store phone was unreachable, so no airport pickup service was available. I had to take a taxi to the store myself. 5. The car provided did not match the reservation. I booked a Hyundai but received a SsangYong.

Upon arrival, there was no record of our order and the reserved car was not available. They only offered us a minivan after a long discussion and eventually gave us a very old SsangYong. This was the worst experience.
