You can walk to the counter of Record Go - Mallorca - Airport - Record car rental.

Go to the office located in the arrivals hall. Once you have the rental agreement, leave the terminal and go straight ahead towards the car park building which is in front of the terminal. Enter the building. The staircases to access the car park are just behind the cafeteria. Go up to floor 1. Access inside of the car park through the right-hand door and you will find the Record go pick-up office.

Unfortunately the counter clerk was very new to job and didn't seem like he knew what he was doing having to constantly refer to other staff for advise. He was very pleasant and apologetic but after an early start we could have done without the long booking in process.

Was told that I would receive an email and refund for fuel within 5 mins of returning the vehicle - nothing arrived and as a result I had to chase for an update and provide photos to sort it out, which was frustrating and detracted from the customer experience.

They push you into buying their own insurance or fast track even if you have super insurance which includes excess fee for the vehicle. The company pushes you to buy either their insurance or pay the entire excess deposit in advance. To avoid large excess being charged poor customers have to buy their insurance.

Front desk answered all of our questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. They were fantastic! The car had some brake trouble which at times was really scary, some dash warnings would pop up from time to time which were a little alarming, and the gps does not recognize addresses so you have to manually look for the destination on the gps map which is tough if you don’t know where you’re going!

The staff member was rude and tried to scam me. I had already purchased excess insurance but she was very reluctant to release the car even though I agreed to the £1400.00 held on my credit card. Luckily I was prepared but I imagine many people are so keen to get on holiday that they fall for this.

Avoid this company; the service is particularly bad. Even after purchasing insurance on the rental platform, they forcefully push for an additional daily €30 insurance on the spot or demand a €1400 deposit, but only via credit card.
