Pick-up Instructions

Once the customer has pick up their luggage, they will take the exit door just in front of the luggage hall. They must exit the building and head left from the exit gate The bus parking area is located 400mt from the terminal building. Bus stop numbers E06 and E07. Color blue Our “Guest Relations” will be waiting for the customer just outside the terminal building. The new office is located only 3 minutes away by car from the terminal building.

Staff were helpful. It was not clear that car hire was not based at the airport and the directions for the bus were not accurate so we wandered around the airport searching for a while and then had a 20 min wait for a bus. Unsure if this is a QEEQ or Budget issue.
