A dedicated Avis-branded shuttle bus will transport you to our lot which is located off-airport to pick up your rental car. Please be sure not to board the airport shuttle bus. Upon arrival at the facility, please proceed inside the lobby and an agent will assist you. Upon completion of your rental agreement, you will be directed to your zone where you can se1ect the vehicle of your choice. The shuttle meets all flights arriving during Avis hours of operation. The shuttle is not available for later flights or flights delayed after closing time. VEHICLES: Located at 2600 Richmond Highway, Arlington VA 22202.

Drop-off Instructions

All returns should proceed to 2600 Richmond Highway, Arlington VA 22202 and a dedicated Avis-branded shuttle bus will transport you back to the airport. Returns opens at 4:30AM. The shuttle meets all flights arriving during Avis hours of operation. The shuttle is not available for later flights or flights delayed after closing time.

Awful car. I had reserved a Jetta and, while I know the actual car is not guaranteed, the Chevy was awful - I didn't know you could still get cars that are that poor; it felt like something from the 90s. Prices were high too. Very disappointed.

At the Avis counter, they didn't recommend any insurance; instead, they added it directly. I bought full coverage from Zuzuche! Even though I know one is from the car rental company and the other is from a third-party insurer, the fact that I didn't need to pay anything upfront and only had to sign gave the staff an opportunity for underhanded operations. As I had to rush to the hotel after picking up the car, I didn't have time to check the documents carefully. Due to a hectic schedule and waiting for the credit card statement, I complained to Avis quite late, and they only refunded 1/4 of the amount! This was my sixth time renting from Zuzuche but the first time with Avis. The experience was extremely bad. It's not about the money; it's the lack of proper assistance! I wanna say the staff I met at the Avis counter was damn f^cking bullsh*t; he just let me sign without mentioning anything, not even a f^cking word. Since it was my first time with Avis, I thought everything would be straightforward. All I did was sign and give my credit card. It was a busy journey, and it took a few days to receive the credit card statement. I called Avis back 2 times and only got 1/4 of the amount back. This was the sixth time with Zuzuche and the first with Avis, and it was a horrible experience due to these issues.
