Pick-up Instructions

COUNTER: This location is located on Franklin St, which is a couple of blocks down from the Willis Tower in downtown Chicago. When arriving customers will proceed inside the Budget office located at the address of 335A S Franklin St then the customer will proceed outside, turn right, and walk down and into the ground floor of the Traders parking garage. Please take the elevator to the 5th floor then follow sings to where the vehicles are parked. VEHICLES: On-Site in the 5th floor of the Traders parking garage.

Drop-off Instructions

RETURNS: All customers returning vehicles will proceed to the garage entrance, which is located at 329 S Franklin St. Please follow the signs to the 5th floor and return the vehicle in the signs identified as car rental/return. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Not available. Rental vehicle must be returned during office hours.

The rented car came with an e-pass, but I didn't activate or use it. I paid the tolls online myself to avoid duplicate charges from the rental company. When I returned the car, I informed the branch about this, but they said it wasn't their concern. After some time, I was still charged for the tolls and the e-pass usage. I contacted the rental service customer support several times to seek their help in resolving this, but it didn't work. Eventually, I had to negotiate with the toll company myself for two months to get a refund.
