I gave them 40 USD for gas, yet they still charged 76 USD to my credit card. This is fraud and cheating the customer! I strongly advise against renting from GREEN MOTION due to their undisclosed fees and lack of transparency. The staff is dishonest; we paid cash for gas but were charged again on our credit card, which is fraudulent.
