After landing, follow the "Exit" signs until you reach the baggage claim. Continue walking through the baggage claim carousels and go through the exit gate of this area. Then turn left and continue straight ahead, following the signs "Departures & Check in".Leave the pharmacy on your right, continue straight and you will find the escalators with “Rent a car” indications.Go down the escalators and you will find the OK Mobility Store on your right.

Arriving from Autopista de Tenerife Norte, take exit 11 towards the airport and keep to the right. At the roundabout, take the first exit and follow the signs "Aeropuerto Norte – San Lázaro".Continue straight ahead until the next roundabout. Keep to the right and take the second exit to "P4 Long stay – Terminal de carga– Aduanas".Continue straight ahead following the signs to "P4 – Long stay" parking. Once inside the car park, follow the signs and head towards the OK Mobility Drop Off area (at the end of the car park).

주 운전자와 추가 운전자는 본의명의 실물 운전면허증을 제출해야 합니다. 면허증 발급기간은 최소 2 년 이상이여야 하며 심각한 벌점이 없어야 합니다.

외국인 운전자 일 경우 아래 문서를 지참해야 합니다.

In the case of crossing into permitted territories, we recommend purchasing the International Supplement (INT). This supplement extends the rental terms and conditions to adjacent countries, provided they are one of the countries listed above, and under the coverage and liability conditions agreed upon in the current excess (as long as the vehicle is used in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions and the traffic regulations of the country of use are adhered to). If this supplement is not purchased and an accident occurs, the Lessee will be fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, repatriation costs, and/or the total vehicle cost, as well as compensation for any damages caused. The vehicle may not be boarded or transported by any means of transportation without the prior written authorisation of the Lessor. For price and details of INT, please consult the staff at the counter.
