Upon arrival at the airport, follow the signs for “MIA Mover to: RENTAL CAR CENTER.” This will lead you to the car rental area. Once there, go up to level 4 and follow the signs for “Off-Airport Rental Car Shuttles.” Proceed outside to the bus and taxi area, between zones 1 and 3 (as indicated on the screens). An OK Mobility shuttle will pick you up and take you to the office. Please call (+1) 786 510 8738 to request the shuttle.
