In the case of non-hiring and a potential accident, the Lessee will be solely responsible for the full amount related to any damage the vehicle may incur, repatriation costs, or the total cost of the vehicle. The Vehicle must not be boarded or transported on any form of transportation vessel without prior written authorization from the Lessor.
