Pick-up Instructions

Step 1: If you arrive from Bangkok Sky Train Phayathai (N2), walk out from exit 1. The Phaya Thai Plaza Building will be on your right-hand side. Step 2: Enter the building and find the elevator on your right. Press the button for the 3rd floor. Step 3: When you exit the elevator, turn right and walk straight to the end of the corridor. At the intersection, stay left. Our reception area will be on the left. Press the bell to call the staff. Please have your passport and driver's license ready for verification and sign the car rental contract with a deposit. The staff will then take you to pick up the car. We recommend that you contact us 15-20 minutes in advance for faster service. Step 4: We have two pick-up points: 1. G floor, parking lot 31 - 32 2. 3rd floor, parking lot 88 - 90 The staff will assist you in picking up the car at these locations. If you have any issues, please contact our call center at +66 2 113 1155, available 24 hours a day.

Drop-off Instructions

Return your car at Phayathai Plaza Building by receiving a white parking card. Our staff will stamp the parking card. If lost, a fine will be charged, not included in the parking fee. The price is fairly cheap, and the procedures are simple. The car condition was checked thoroughly and meticulously before handing over, with even the smallest scratches recorded. There was no intentional pushing of insurance during the process.
