Pick-up Instructions

The ACE - Athens International Airport car rental location is located out of the airport

You can arrive of ACE - Athens International Airport car rental by free shuttle bus.

After collecting the luggage, the customers have to go outside the arrivals hall and turn right. At the end of the building on the right, they will find the car park for the tourist buses. The customers can wait there for the Goldcar/Rhodium shuttle bus. This bus will take them directly to our off airport office located very close to the airport. Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport.

Check-in agent pushed extra insurance. Not needed as have travel insurance. She told us our insurance would not cover travel on ferry or break down assistance. Also said we need a bigger car to drive on the narrow winding streets; WTF?

We had Gold Car! we bought full insurance to cover excess etc, but wanted 1000 euro deposit, wouldnt take card as booking in another name! made us pay 245 extra euro to be able to take car, pick up and collection a nightmare

Bonne voiture neuve, mais pas celle que je demandais. ACE n'existe pas, c'est Goldcar qui gère la totalité. Le personnel au guichet fait le forcing pour essayer de vendre cher une assurance dont je ne veux pas. Mais bonne location et bon service au total. Inspection très rapide au retour et remboursement en 3 jours du dépôt de 1120 €

Good service. Would have been nice to have better indications at airport where to get the shuttle bus. Shuttle driver, John, very friendly and helpful as well. Staff at counter just tried to insist that we take out further insurance, although we had already taken out online.

Very basic car, with more than 35 ths Km, Nissan Pulsar is not similar with P 308. The cost of Insurance on site was much higher than I saw on your site and I paid almost double amount incl. Insurance. Besides I had troubles with rear wheels which loose presure every day.
