Das PERSONAL Budget in Palermo Flughafen ist nicht professionell, viel zu langsam. Und wenn man fragen hat , warum dass es solange dauert bekommt man in einer erhöhten Stimme freche Antworten . Während wir warteten ging das Personal nach hinten um zu rauchen. Der andere schleichte herum um nicht zu arbeiten. Und nach ca.90 Minuten kamen wir dran.
