Arriving customers will take the shuttle bus outside of baggage claim to the Rental Car Facility. The Alamo counter is located on the 1st floor of the Rental Car Facility. Please proceed to the counter on the 1st floor to obtain your rental agreement and a representative will guide you to the 2nd floor to pick up a vehicle.

    The staff were not overly pushy when picking up the car, unlike the last time with Budget where the agent was deceitful. The staff when returning the car were even more welcoming and efficient; the return process was incredibly smooth and convenient.
