Pick-up Instructions

A courtesy shuttle van is available to and from THE PORT OF TAMPA BAY. We are located 2 miles from THE PORT OF TAMPA BAY. Customers departing off a cruise must call AFTER going through customs for their pick up instructions. Each cruise terminal has a specific pick up area where our shuttle will meet you.

Drop-off Instructions

After hours Mon- Friday 6pm - 8am. Sat and Sun 2pm - 9am.Please notify branch prior to dropping car after hours to make arrangements. Key must be placed in return envelope and dropped at the Westin.

Like: Decent price considering it was the 4th of July time period. Car ran well with no problems and was able to fit luggage for 4 adults and 2 children. Backup camera was great.
Dislike: Could not find how to check how many mpg we were getting. Also, there were no indicators on the mirrors showing when a vehicle was next to ours (We have gotten use to this safety feature). Also, no adaptive cruise control.
