The Alamo rental facility is located at the Sheraton Maria Isabel hotel between local Starbucks Coffee and Manhattan Restaurant Deli near American Embassy across from the Monument el Angel de la Independencia. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Unrestricted driving within Mexico. Rentals originating from Tijuana, Mexicali, Hermosillo, Monterrey and Saltillo are permitted to cross U.S. border. Mexico insurance is required to drive into Mexico, and can be purchased at this location. Customer must purchase an extension of liability protection to cross the border into the U.S. at US$ 10.00 per day -this amount provides TPL up to US$ 100,000.00 , PAI for the passengers up to US$ 2,000.00 per person and up to US$ 10,000.00 per accident. Vehicles are not permitted to cross the Southern Mexico border.
