Go to Airport Blvd towards Centro de Monterrey, you will pass Avenida Miguel Alemâ”œÃn and Avenida Constitucion until you get to Hotel Crown Plaza, behind the Crown Plaza is the Hotel Sheraton Ambassador. The Alamo counter is located inside the Sheraton Ambassador Hotel in Zona Rosa del centro Monterrey. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Mexico insurance is required to drive into Mexico, and can be purchased at this location. Customer must purchase an extension of liability protection to cross the border into the U.S. at US$ 10.00 per day -this amount provides TPL up to US$ 100,000.00 , PAI for the passengers up to US$ 2,000.00 per person and up to US$ 10,000.00 per accident. Vehicles are not permitted to cross the Southern Mexico border.
